VCM belongs to the voice coil motor in electronics, which is a kind of motor. Because the principle is similar to the speaker, so called voice coil motor, with high frequency response, high precision characteristics. Its main principle is to control the stretching position of the spring piece by changing the DC current size of the coil inside the motor in a permanent magnetic field, thus driving the up and down movement.
The structure of VCM varies slightly from manufacturer to manufacturer, roughly divided into several major components as follows: Shield Case; Frame; VCM F.Spacer is used for insulation; VCM F.Spring is used to carry the carrier and balance the torque; Yoke is used to fix other components, magnetic conduction; Magnet; Coil is energized to generate driving torque; Carrier is used to carry the lens; VCM B.Spacer; VCM B.Spring and Base.
Cell phone cameras widely use VCM to realize the autofocus function, through which the VCM can adjust the position of the lens and present a clear image. Apart from that, our etching products can used in security camera, UAV camera, tablet computer camera, smart wear, high-end electronics, electronic scanning payment equipment and photo-electricity and other fields. Our VCM Spring usually use BF158-TM10 /16/19.C1990-GSH materials for etching, if customers can provide materials, we can also etching it. We guarantee that our etching has high precision, uniform etching lines, no burr surface, no notch, no deformation.
