1. Founding and laying the foundation (1994-2007)
In the early stages of its establishment, the company focused on the industrial application of metal etching technology. By introducing advanced international equipment and improving its own processes, it gradually established a precision etching production system. In 2004, it was awarded the title of "Zhejiang Science and Technology Small and Medium-sized Enterprise." In 2006, it relocated to the Paojiang New Area in Shaoxing to expand its production capacity. In 2008, the company keenly seized opportunities in the smartphone industry and entered the field of ——VCM spring sheets, a core component of mobile phone camera motors. 3. Technological breakthroughs in diversification (2014 to date)
In 2014, leveraging experience in metal etching, the company ventured into the OLED packaging glass cover etching field, breaking through the bottleneck of brittle glass processing and achieving a yield rate of over 95%. Precision etching process: master the micron level (±5μm) etching precision control technology, can be processed stainless steel, titanium alloy, special glass and other more than 20 kinds of materials.
